Strong winds send PAOK to the Toumba
The strong winds which were prevalent in Nea Mesimvria meant that the PAOK squad trained at their Toumba Stadium as they continued the preparations for the upcoming derby clash with AEK.
The workout program started with the customary warm-up and some rondo to loosen the players up and sharpen their reflexes. Work then followed on aspects of tactics through both exercises and games, while there was also a three-team tournament held in the finale.
Ingi Ingason, Konstantinos Koulierakis, Ivan Nasberg and Lefteris Lyratzis were the players who followed individual programs during the season, all of them outside on the pitch.
On Wednesday (29.03) PAOK will train again at 11:00 at the Toumba.
