Work begins with Sunday’s derby on the horizon
It’s game week for players and coaching staff as PAOK started their preparations for Sunday’s derby with AEK at the Toumba Stadium with the first training session of the week.
The club’s training session on Monday (27.03) started with the customary warm-up and some possession games, followed by exercises in the field of tactics, while in the finale the players contested a mini-friendly match.
Konstantinos Koulierakis returned to Thessaloniki after suffering some discomfort during the training sessions with the Greece national team. The young central defender underwent some tests that came back clean, and so he followed an individual program and his condition will be assessed on a daily basis going forward.
Lefteris Lyratzis, Ingi Ingason and Ivan Nasberg all followed their individual recovery programs out on the training pitches.
On Tuesday (28.03) PAOK will train again at 11:00 at the Toumba Stadium.
