The squad for Lamia
A few days later than first expected, Lamia and PAOK are finally ready to battle it out at the Municipal Stadium of Lamia in the first leg of their Greek Cup semi-final tie. Razvan Lucescu’s team have completed their preparations and are heading for Fthiotida.
Training on Tuesday (28.02) started with the customary warm-up and a game of rondo, followed by work on tactics, and then in the last part of the session there was an extra program for set pieces.
Douglas Augusto and Konstantinos Koulierakis had a scheduled rest day and will not travel to Lamia. Taison, who felt some discomfort in his thigh, is also out of action and will undergo an MRI to determine the extent of the problem he is facing.
Also out of action are Nelson Oliveira, who underwent treatment, Andre Vieirinha and Lefteris Lyratzis, who both followed an individual program on the training pitches, Nicolas Quagliata, who did some running work, and Jasmin Kurtic, who worked out in the gym and the swimming pool.
