Under-15s move eight points clear [with pictures]
PAOK’s Under-15 side did not have a tough time in the derby clash between the leaders of Group B of the Super League championship. The Double-headed Eagle youngsters defeated AEL 3-0 in a match that took place at midday on Saturday in Souroti, and they remain at the top with 31 points. AEL are second with 23 points.
PAOK were 1-0 up as early as the 17th minute, with Karasavvidis‘ shot from the edge of the penalty area finding its way into the net. In the second half, sfter 70 minutes, the home side scored the second goal that effectively ensured the victory. Minasidis took a corner and Megidis made it 2-0 with a side-footed finish. PAOK made it three in the 80th minute thanks to a shot by Berdos.
