November was the month he entered our lives. December was the month that he declared that he’s here to stay. A player capable of stirring up any stadium with his abilities. Young but with maturity beyond his years in his game. Aggressive, and keen to put on a show, but also possessing plenty of substance in his game and consistent in integrating with the coach’s tactical plans.

Giannis Konstantelias has become one of the main talking points of not only Greek, but also European football. The young PAOK player was excellent in the three matches in December. He served up one assist, won a penalty, destroyed the plans of every opponent who tried to deal with his threat. He also did his best to help the Double-headed Eagle get what they wanted on the pitch.

The voters on paokfc.gr and via the PAOK FC Official App have rewarded him by selecting him as December’s BOX MVP in the poll. In second place was the excellent Douglas Augusto, while the podium was completed by Nelson Oliveira, who found the net in all three games during the month.
