PAOK got a big win against the Greens in the first leg of their last eight tie in the Greek Cup with a 2-0 success, taking a cleara advantage. The Double-headed Eagle dominated the pitch, showed passion and a clear head, and scored two wonderful  goals. Now the squad turn their attention to the upcoming match against the Tryfilli in Athens.

One of the major protagonists of the match was undoubtedly Taison. The Brazilian attacking midfielder came on as a substitute in the 69th minute, making his first appearance for PAOK, and in the 72nd minute he found the back of the net with a slick side-footed effort to make the final score 2-0.

And in the Fans’ Man of the Match poll, it was Taison who collected 32.11% of the vote to win the award.

In second place was Yiannis Konstantelias, who was in great form in yet another game, while the podium was completed by the other Double-headed Eagle scorer, Brandon Thomas.
