PAOK defeated Lamia 3-0 in emphatic fashion, with the visitors also having missed chances to score even  more goals, while they also played good football and reduced the gap from the top to seven points.

Thiago Dantas was the team’s top performers on the night. The Portuguese midfielder is back in form and has played a leading role for his team of late. With a combination of quick thinking, tactical consistency, lots of running, and contribution across all of the lines on the pitch – as well as scoring a wondergul goal – he was pivotal for Razvan Lucescu’s side dominating the midfield.

And in the voting for the Fans’ Man of the Match, that showed as Dantas collected 28.96% of the votes and took the award.

In second place was Khaled Narey, who came off the bench early and was also important, being involved in all three goals for his team, while the podium was completed by Giannis Konstantelias who produced another impressive performance.
