Vote for December’s BOX MVP
PAOK returned to competitive action after the World Cup, qualified for the Greek Cup, and collected four points from two league games. Now let’s find the team’s best player for the month of December.
The first contender is Douglas Augusto. The Brazilian is in excellent form and is proving it time and again with every appearance. Razvan Lucescu moved him a little further back in the centre of midfield and he has been a delight to watch. Dominant in midfield, with intelligence, consistency in defense and a goal to his name, the Brazileiro is a front runner for the award.
Giannis Constantelias could also not be left out of the conversation. Mr.Breeze troubled all three opposition defenses he faced in December, provided one assist, won a penalty, and was generally a joy to watch, with his play and form earning applause even from opposition players and coaches.
Nelson Oliveira is the final contender. The Portuguese forward has found his good self and has produced excellent numbers in recent games, as he found the net in all three games of the month. But apart from the goals, he has also done an important job in all phases of the game, being involved all over the pitch and showing consistency.
