Under-19’s claim away success against Ionikos
In a difficult game, full of intensity and tough challenges, PAOK’s Under-19 side once again found a way to overcome ther obstacles in front of them and beat Ionikos 1-0 to remain at the top of the Super League, extending their lead over second-placed Olympiakos to eight points.
PAOK’s match-winning goal was scored by Rumiantsev in the 16th minute after some excellent interplay with Kalogiros, who also provided the assist for his teammate.
The next game for the Under-19’s is on Spanish soil on December 21 when they face Villarreal in the Al Abtal tournament.
