Unlike last season, for the 2022-23 campaign the league will be played in two groups, featuring five non-Super League teams. These are AEL, Panserraikos, Doxa Drama, Apollo Smyrnis and Panionios. On the contrary, from the clubs of the top league, Ionikos, Lamia, PAS Giannina and Levadeiakos are not participating. Thus, in Group B, PAOK will face Aris, Volos, Panaitolikos, AEK, Panserraikos and Doxa Drama.

There will be three rounds of seven matches, so 21 matches with 18 matches for each team. For the program of the 3rd round, a new draw will take place. In Group A, the participating teams are Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, AEK, Atromitos, Asteras Tripoli, OFI, Apollo Smyrnis, and Panionios. Three rounds of seven matches will be played here, so 21 games for each team. Specifically for the 3rd round, the teams that took 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place after the end of the first two rounds will compete in four home and three away games, while the other teams (places 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th) will compete in three home and four away games, based on a draw.

When the regular season is over, the top two teams in each group will compete in the Final Four to determine the champion. PAOK’s new Under-15 is made up of players born in 2008. It is our last year’s Under-14 side that continues with the same coaching duo, Savvas Konstantinidis and Kosmas Vakoufaris, plus the addition of many new players from the PAOK Academy. The new entries are Michael Bellis, Arseniy Koval, Ioannis Loutzianiotis, Vasilios Tsombanopoulos, Georgios Mavros, Evangelos Gioka, Georgios Tsenko, Georgios Georgiadis, Manolis Anastasopoulos, Antonios Karasavvidis. It should be noted that 12 of the youngsters in this group live in the Academy House.
