PAOK B clinch friendly win in Kastoria
Despite the absence of several international players, PAOK B continue their pre-season preparations at an intensive pace. In a friendly match that took place in Kastoria on Saturday afternoon, the club’s second string won 2-0 with goals coming from Gordeziani and Spyridis.
PAOK B produced an impressive display and looked comfortable throughout. A special mention must go to Kastoria and the club’s impeccable hospitality. Before the start of the match, moreover, they gave special awards to Pablo Garcia and Kostas Iosifidis.
The Double-headed Eagle continues with daily training sessions at their base in Souroti, and next Sunday will play another training friendly in Volos, against Niki Volos.
Marovics, Manoliudis, Zilos, Tsopouroglou, Kitsakis, Hatzistravos, Meletidis, Panidis, Selimai, Spyridis, and Gordeziani completed in the starting XI, and in the second 45 minutes, Tsioptsis, Tzimas, Koulouris, Grosdis and Papaefthymiou got some playing time.
