PAOK B held to 1-1 friendly draw by Makedonikos [with pictures]
It ended all square in a “friendly” shakedown between PAOK B and Makedonikos on Saturday, with the two teams sharing the same venue for their home matches this season while also being rivals.
It was another training game for the Double-headed Eagle second team, who took the lead very early on with a goal by Brandonić, assisted by Ricardo. However, they conceded a goal just before the end of the first half, and it remained 1-1 remaining until the final whistle despite some impressive play from a well-drilled PAOK B, and some very good chances that they created but could not convert into goals.
Balomenos, Panagiotou, Giaxis, Tasiouras, Kitsakis, Darelas, Ouedraogo, Quagliata, Ricardo, Brandonic and Gordeziani started the game for PAOK B.
Later during the game, Marovic, Ninua, Selimai, Panidis, Tsopouroglou, Spyridis, and Smyrlis also got some palying time in the form of substitutes.
