Attention switching to the season premiere
The Double-headed Eagle squad are heading into a match week and are preparing for the premiere of the 2022-23 Super League season against Panaitolikos at the Toumba Stadium.
After the last friendly test against Volos and a day off on Sunday (13.08), both players and technical staff celebrated the 15th of August national holiday on the training pitch to get to work ahead of the match against their opponents from Agrinio.
Monday’s (15.08) program started with a warm-up and rondo, while afterwards the players were then divided into groups and worked on both defense and attack. In the last part of the session, there was a three-team tournament.
Rafa Soares took part in most of the regular program, Ivan Nasberg did some work with the physiotherapists and individual work in the gym, while Giannis Michailidis and Charis Tsingaras also trained individually.
On Tuesday (16.08) PAOK will train at 09:30 in Nea Mesimvria.
