He arrived in Thessaloniki in the summer of 2020 from Rapid Vienna and immediately managed to become a key protagonist. One of the key cogs in the Double-headed Eagle midfield over the last two years, Schwab became kown as PAOK’s Mr. Effective.

He won a Greek Cup in the 2021-22 season, and so far as made 100 appearances, scored 14 goals, while also dishing out 15 assists.

But is work here is not over yet. PAOK and Schwab came to an agreement and renewed their cooperation for two more years, with the Austrian remaining a resident of Thessaloniki until June 2024.
