Photostory: SALFO-Populous’ tour of the Toumba
One of the main axes of the construction of the New Toumba, as defined by PAOK’s leadership, is the ability to transfer the atmosphere of the existing stadium to the new one.
The PAOK FC management were clear from the beginning in theie discussions with SALFO and Populous: the new stadium must … carry the soul of the existing one.
The stadium where generations of PAOK fans have grown up with, the atmosphere created by PAOK’s supporters in home games, and has made the team known to the rest of the world, will be the guide for the construction of the New Toumba.
For this reason, in the context of the presentation of PAOK’s cooperation with the two companies, the stakeholders of the SALFO-Populous group were guided around the Toumba Stadium by the Double-headed Eagle executives, and discussed the history of the stadium and some of its most characteristic details.
