Lyratzis steps up
Leftheris Lyraztzis is the big winner of the BOX MVP for April award. The young full-back earned the most votes from the PAOK public to claim his first such award.
April was a difficult month for PAOK with no less than six derbies. Lyratzis played in the battles with Marseille in the Conference League and Olympiacos in the Greek Cup. In four demanding games, the Double-headed Eagle defender did exceptionally well.
He put in countless kilometers, helped the team both defensively and offensively, fought countless duels, and showed that he has stepped up a level.
In the voting for April’s BOX MVP, Lyratzis collected 57.93% of the votes to win the individual title.
In second place was Alexandros Paschalakis, who continued his excellent performances, while the podium was completed by Douglas Augusto, who provided solutions to Razvan Lucescu, playing wherever the coach asked and performing brilliantly.
