There was no winner in the first-leg battle in the Greek Cup semis at the Toumba. PAOK dominated proceedings but the goals did not come and the 0-0 draw left the tie delicately balanced ahead of the second leg.

The team’s top performer on the night was Leftheris Lyratzis. The Double-headed Eagle full-back produced yet another mature performance, putting in a lot of kilometers while also being flawless tactically, helping in both defense and attack.

In the poll for the Fans’ Man of the Match, Lyratzis received 36,6% of the votes and claimed the individual award.

In second place was ALexandru Mitrita, who came off the bench to breath new life into the team’s attacking options, while the podium was completed by Douglas Augusto, who was a key influentiual presence in central midfield for his team.
