Vote for March’s BOX MVP

Six games, five wins, one draw, and one historic European qualification. PAOK continued their great form in March and paokfc.gr, the PAOK FC Official App and BOX are looking for the club’s top performer of the month gone by. It’s up to you to decide who that player will be.

11.04.2022

Our first contender is The Leader. Andre Vieirinha was as influential as ever. While he may not have contributed any goals or assists, he was crucial in the team’s displays, providing character and strong personality on the pitch in difficult situations. In short, he was the epitome of a true leader. Undoubtedly the highlight was his presence in the game in Gent, when he played for the last 20 minutes with his head heavily bandaged after suffering an injury, refusing to go off despite the fact that the wound continued to bleed.

The next contender is Douglas Augusto. The Brazilian midfielder is a very important cog in the Double-headed Eagle machine, and his contribution was significant in all phases of the game and in all areas of the pitch. In March he made three appearances, and was excellent, even scoring the winning goal in Belgium.

Finally, Alexandros Paschalakis could not be left out of this contest. The winner of the award for February continued his impressive performances, keeping clean sheets in three of the five games in which he played. He also generally kept the opposition at bay whenever PAOK were put under pressure.
