For yet another match, PAOK B found themselves behind in the score, as Rovas made it 1-0 to the visitors early on after eight minutes. That setback probably helped to spark the home side into life, and they began immeddiately to dominate proceedings thereafter, threatening the Almopos goal on several occasions. In the 23rd minute, Koutsias fired in a powerful shot in the 24th minute and thought he had equalized. However, the referee chalked the effort off for offside. PAOK B also threatened again in the 26th minute with a shot by Tsaousis, but his effort failed to beat the oppoding goalkeeper.

And the second 45 minutes was a «monologue» from PAOK B, albeit without an end ressult. There were some good opportunities, even a couple of clear sights of goal, but the Double-headed Eagle did not manage to get the goal that would see them clainm a draw. On the hour mark Koulouris’ side-footed effort flashed just wide, then in the 74th minute Grosdis’ impressive indivisual effiort failed to find the net, while in the 89th minute another opportunity for a goal went begging with Koulouris crossing nicely but Tzimas not able to make a clear contact to diret the ball into the net.
