PAOK completed their Super League Interwetten regular season commitments with a difficult away win  in Lamia on a heavy pitch and difficult weather conditions. Razvan Lucescu’s team scored a goal in each half, played well for most of the match, and as a result took the three-point haul back to Thessaloniki.

The major protagonist on the day was Leo Jaa. The Brazilian forward was the player who made the difference in the first half and opened the scoring with a wonderful goal, while he was involved in almost every good piece of attacking play from PAOK.

In the poll for the Fans’ Man of the Match, Jaba received 51.14% of the votes to win the prize.

In second place was Stefan Schwab who delivered a complete midfield performance, also assisting on Jaba’s goal, while the podium was completed by the other goalscorer, Giannis Michailidis.
