Signed from Giannina in 2015, Panagiotou has progressed effortlessly through all of the age group levels. He is a youth international with Greece, and he has celebrated some big honors already having won league titles (including an undefeated title) with the Under-19 side. Despite his rise through the youth ranks at PAOK, he never left his studies in the background. Proof of that fact is that he was accepted into the TEFAA of Thessaloniki.

Since the beginning of the season, he is a member of the PAOK B squad, with whom he has already made 13 appearances, scoring one goal.
