Kurtic does it again
In October it was a sumptuous free-kick strike against OFI which earned him the prize, and this time only the opposition was different as Jasmin Kurtic once again claimed the Regency Casino Best Goal of November thanks to his similarly brilliant set-piece goal against Panathinaikos in Athens.
In the game against Panathinaikos at «Leoforos», he had already done his duty. He had found the back of the net from the penalty spot and gave his team the lead, which lasted until the final minute. Then, in the last phase of the match he decided to put the icing on the cake.
This time he stepped up to take a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area scored with a superb curling effort to make the final score 3-1 to PAOK.
Jasmin Kurtic was the big winner of the Regency Casino Best Goal poll for November with 74.11% of the vote, repeating his success of October with the same way.
The Slovenian left Andrija Zivkovic and his goal against Copenhagen which came as the result of teamwork in second place, and in the third place was Chuba Akpom’s strike at «Leoforos».
