Under-15 side win again [pictures]
PAOK’s Under-15 team are already top of the standings with one match to go until the mini-break for the festive season, after chalking up another victory on Sunday to move onto 27 points.
The PAOK youngsters defeated Panathinaikos 1-0 in Souroti, and they will end 2021 with a match against Aris away from home next week.
The goal that decided the match was scored by Theofilou in the 18th minute, with the young forward prodding the ball home from Dunga’s cross. PAOK had the upper hand in the game throughout, and their goal was never really threatened, and they also had the luxury of squandering another great opportunity to make it 2-0 with Papanikopoulos narrowly failing to convert.
