Let’s get that qualification
PAOK’s players and coaching staff have a vital European match ahead. It is yet another… ‘cup final’ type of match and the only thing on the mind of everyone in the black and white camp is to get the qualification to the knockout stages.
Coaches, players, fans and everyone else connected with PAOK want the club to get a ticket to the knockout stages of the UEFA Europa Conference League, get back on the road to success, and leave behind the ugly period of the previous few days.
PAOK host Lincoln on Thursday (09.12, 22:00) at the Toumba Stadium in a match whereby the Double-headed Eagle need to at least get a better result that Slovan do against Copenhagen in Denmark.
The team’s preparations continued on Tuesday (07.12) in Nea Mesimvria, with a training program dedicated to the tactical approach for the upcoming match, with special emphasis on offensive build-up play.
Andre Vieirinha and Alexandru Mitrita continued their respective individual training programs away from the main group as they look to recover from their injuries.
On Wednesday (08.12) PAOK will train at 10:30 in Nea Mesimvria for the last time before the match against their opponents from Gibraltar. The training session will be open for the first 15 minutes to representatives of the media. At 13:30, the Razvan Lucescu and a representative of the players will be available for the usual pre-match press conference in the Toumba Stadium press room.
In the early evening at 18:30 it will be Lincoln’s turn to give their press conference, while at 19:00 the Gibraltar club will train at the Toumba, and the session will again be open for the first 15 minutes to media representatives.
