On Wednesday afternoon PAOK completed their pre-match preparations in Nea Mesimvria. In the last training session ahead of the game, the players and the coaching staff worked on the finer details on the tactical approach to the match, but also worked on set-piece plays.

Douglas Augusto’s medical tests showed that the Brazilian has suffered a left thigh strain and he is expected to be out of action for about three weeks. The midfidler has already started a course of treatment.

Apart from Douglas, Razvan Lucescu is also without injured trio Mitrita, Sidcley and Oliveira, all of whom continued their respective treatments followed by a special training program in the gym.

After the end of the training session, the Romanian coach announced the following squad for the battle against the Danes:
