PAOK’s «babies» in the Super League

The difficulties were a given. After all, the long-term break from games and training due to the pandemic brought about many changes, reorganizations, and clearly, financial upheaval. The bottom line is that, even with a limited number of teams, the changes for the Under-15s is one in the right direction. The decision of the Super League for a pan-Hellenic championship in this category is considered ideal, especially in terms of competition and for players to gain vital experience.

Therefore, for the 2021-22 season, the Super League Under-15 championship will be a nationwide competition featuring eight teams. The two groups are obviously abolished, and PAOK, Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, AEK, Aris, Atromitos, Asteras Tripolis, OFI will compete in a pan-Hellenic championship that will be held in two rounds. The champion will emerge most likely through a ‘Final Four’ competition at the climax of the season.

The big kick-off for PAOK’s «babies» in the Super League takes place on Sunday, October 3, at 11.30, in Souroti, against Atromitos.
