PAOK team up with Ganassa in agreement for Japanese market

PAOK’s digital development continues apace with the conclusion of a strategic agreement for the club to penetrate the Japanese market. Ganassa will be the Double-headed Eagle’s new official partner in Japan.

04.03.2021

The arrival of Shinji Kagawa, one of the top sports stars that Japan has ever produced, created the prospects, but also the needs, for the club to be better represented in a new market that showed great interest in PAOK from the very first moment that Kagawa pulled on a black and white shirt.

And so in the context of the general development of PAOK and the club’s digital community, the club have agreed with Ganassa, an organisation which will promote the club in Japan through a series of activities.

Firstly, PAOK have now created an official Twitter account in Japanese. Twitter, after all, is perhaps the most popular medium in the country, and PAOK will be able to keep the public up to date about both the latest team news as well as Kagawa’s progress with the club, in order to grow its digital community and make the PAOK brand more popular in Asia.

The @PAOK_FC_JP account will host original content targeting the Japanese market and culture, while in the near future, PAOK will also have its own e-shop in Japanese, while the team’s news will be published directly on Yahoo Japan.

Ganassa are a digital management & content creation firm specializing in the Asian market and its clientele includes clubs such as Juventus, Chelsea, Roma, Dortmund, Napoli and organizations such as UEFA, FIFA and La Liga.
