Without reaching the team’s usual heights in terms of performance, PAOK managed to defeat Volos at the Toumba by a 1-0 scoreline and remain atop the Super League.

One of the key players was undoubtedly Dimitris Limnios. The Greek winger was a contant source of danger for the opposition defence. He was full of running and helped the midfield to press Volos hard, and he was the player who won the penalty which Vieirinha slotted home to win the game

In the voting for the Fans’ Man of the Match via paokfc.gr and the PAOK FC Official App, Limnios collected 42,55% of the votes to win the award.

In second place was Adelino Vieirinha, who scored the match-winning goal, while Ingi Ingason was third.
