PAOK Action’s collaboration with the Social Solidarity & Relief Network
PAOK Action and the Social Solidarity & Relief Network are uniting with a joint goal of creating a modern model of providing real value to society at large, by building the foundations for more organized social action of all official bodies across the region and country.
In the face of any challenge, the «answer» is always found in cooperation and collaboration. And in that context, PAOK Action has joined forces with the Social Solidarity & Relief Network in a joint effort to make a meaningful contribution to those who need it most, especially during such a critical time for Greek society at large.
A major goal of this effort is to create a bridge of direct communication between the businesses of Thessaloniki representing the Network and PAOK Action, and PAOK FC’s Official Corporate Social Responsibility Program, so that the conditions for the organization of a modern support system for any sector of Greek society where there is a need.
The official presence of the Network, through the strategic framework of action that has been developed under the auspices of PAOK Action, paves the way to ensure an organized and systematic participation of the most important business forces in the cty of Thessaloniki, and something which follows a model of Social Solidarity that shields society and strengthens the foundations for a better tomorrow.
The President of the «Network» Mr. Nikolaos Pentzos said of the collaboration with PAOK Action: «It’s with great enthusiasm that we welcome the new prospects that are set to open up through this cooperation. Our sole goal is to become a model of Social Awareness & Responsibility for companies towards society at large and the environment, but also more broadly, to inspire each and every one of us to offer to the whole, without exclusions and distinctions.»
The Social Solidarity & Relief Network is an urban non-profit company, consisting of leading business pillars from Northern Greece and has been active since 2013 with the aim of establishing strong foundations for the consolidation of Social Solidarity standards. These bodies are the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), the Thessaloniki Chamber of Crafts (TCC), the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce (TCC), the Hellenic Association of Industries (SBE), the Hellenic Exporters Association (SEVE) and the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce (ESTH).
