PAOK FC announces the transfer of Dimitris Limnios to Cologne. The Double-headed Eagle will also retain a percentage of the player’s sell-on fee.
He came to PAOK in July 2017 and managed to experience virtually everything possible within three years. He made 112 appearances, scored 10 goals and contributed 14 assists, while his honors include one unbeaten Greek Super League title an two Greek Cups.
His impressive performances for PAOK won him a place in the Greek national team and he has established himself as one of the best players of his generation.
Many clubs were chasing his signature in the current transfer window, and Cologne finally won the race to sign him and give him the opportunity to play in the Bundesliga.
