Giorgos Koutsias joined PAOK in 2012, moving from Tilemacho Alexandreias and he stood out immediately. He won his first title in the 2018-19 with the Under-15 side, and was elevated to the Under-19 team during the 2019-20 campaign, while in parallel he also turned out for the Under-17’s when his services were needed.

In the summer he celebrated a double success, helping the Under-19’s go unbeaten toward another league title, while also winning the Under-17 title in an exciting final match against Olympaicos.

After the lockdown he was promoted to the senior squad, where he began training and also took part in the club’s 2020-21 pre-season camp. He then went on to make his full debut in a friendly match against Atromitos, while in only his second match he scored his first goal in another friendly against Volos.

Born in 2004, Koutsias is considered one of the most promising talents in Europe in his age group, and his future is now «tied» to PAOK.
