Vrakas returns to PAOK
After two years away from the club, Georgios Vrakas has returned to PAOK, signing a contract with the Dikefalos tou Vorra until 2023.
Georgios Vrakas was born on April 28 2001 in Ioannina and from an early age he joined the youth academy of ΑΟ Giannina. In 2014 he made a big step and joined the PAOK Academy.
He impressed early on in a Dikefalos tou Vorra shirt and made his first-team debut in 2017 in a match against Aiginiakos in the Greek Cup. He was also the second youngest player to make his ebut for PAOK.
In August 2018 he left the club to join Napoli’s B Team. In two years in Italy, Vrakas played 20 times, scoring three goals and contributing three assists.
This summer he decided to return to Greece, and PAOK did not hesitate with the opportunity to resign the young attacking midfielder on a three-year deal.
