A ‘family affair’ against the Under-19’s
Friday’s (14.08) training session at Nea Mesimvria was full of footballing action, with the Dikefalos tou Vorra first team taking on the Under-19 side in a friendly.
And indeed a friendly with a special kind of character. Abel Ferreira and Pablo Garcia had the chance to see their players in action, with a dynamic practice match which took place across two pitches.
The two coaches picked their starting XI’s which faced off against each other for 90 minutes under normal match conditions.
Rodrigo and Douglas Augusto followed their respective individual injury recover training programs, with the former first completing a series of fitness tests which showed that he is in a very good place with his progress and is expected to join full training in the coming days.
PAOK will be back in at Nea Mesimvria on Saturday (15.08) at 10:00.
