Tziolis Wins Fans’ Man of the Match Award
Christos Tziolis came out on top in the vote via paokfc.gr and PAOK FC Official App as the ΙΕΚ Delta 360 Fans’ Man of the Match for the Super League Play Offs Matchday 3 encounter against OFI Crete.
The Cretans proved a tough nut for PAOK to crack, missing a series of chances before falling behind against the run of play. But the Dikefalos tou Vorra came back and scored three goals in the final stages of the match to turn the game on its head and clinch the club’s first three-point haul of the Play Offs.
One of the major protagonists of the match was Chritos Tziolis. The youngster came off the bench for the second time this season and gave the team the attacking spark it needed.
Tziolis scored his first competitive goal to draw Abel Ferreira’s team level, while he produced a solid all-round performance and played a part in the Dikefalos tou Vorra’s third goal.
In the voting for the IEK Delta 360 Fans’ Man of the Match via paokfc.gr and the PAOK FC Official App, Tziolis collected 46,97% of the votes to win the award.
Omar El Kaddouri was in second place, while Anderson Esiti was third. The two players produced impressive performances in the middle of the park.
