Five-star Under-17’s rout Volos
The Under-17 side returned to winning ways on Sunday with an emphatic 5-0 victory over Volos, playing some excellent football in the process, in what was an outstanding performance from start to finish for the home side.
Even before the first minute had been completed, Kamaros picked out Smyrlis, who opened the scoring. After 13 minutes it was Smyrlis’ turn to provide the assist for Kedikoglou who doubled the advantage. Just four minute later it was 3-0 when Spiridopoulos converted a pass from Kountentakis.
The match was over as a contest at that point, but that did not stop PAOK from playing some great football and scoring more goals. After 50 minutes it was 4-0 following a great piece of individual skill from Koulouris, and in the 80th minute Babouras rounded off the scoring with a similarly impressive individual goal to make it 5-0.
