The efforts of Olympiacos FC to discredit a league in which it is no longer winning each and every game, characterizing it as fixed and the immunity it manages to enjoy in this endeavor, are the main reasons that give power to the perpetrators of criminal activity. It goes without saying that we condemn the attacks on the referee Mr. Evangelou – which has not, incidentally, been condemned by Olympiacos – that comes as a continuation of last year’s attacks on Mr. Tzilos and Mr. Tsamouris. It is time for justice to speak, and finally, to find the natural perpetrators of these attacks that continue unabated.

The answer to the toxicity has been provided in the form of the decision of the continuation of the league, which of course was expressed, among other things, at the last Super League general meeting attended by all clubs. Olympiacos preferred to abstain in order to continue its isolated pursuit of retaliation, which has already been condemned by the majority of Greece’s sports fans.
