World football’s governing body collected all the major football records that should be looked out for in 2020. Records about goals, matches, points, series of successive wins, with some legendary names in sport among them.

From Messi and Pele’s battle for the highest scoring player at one club, and Liverpool likely to break the 100-point barrier in the Premier League, to Sergio Ramos set to overtake Pasarela and become the highest scoring defender for a national team, and Cristiano Ronaldo to surpass Iran’s Ali Daei and become the highest scoring player of all time with any national team, there’s also a club called PAOK and its undefeated record.
