Vote for October’s 11888 MVP
October was a hugely successful month for the club, with away wins against Asteras Tripolis, Lamia and Volos. The PAOK FC Official App, and 11888 “for everything”, gives you the chance to cast your vote for the most valuable player for the month of October. It’s over to you to decide.
What a month October was. PAOK claimed away wins at Asteras Tripolis and Volos, with 2-1 and 1-0 scorelines respectively. There was also a 3-0 home win over Lamia at the Toumba which featured three goals in the opening 11 minutes. We’ve highlighted the three players that have shone brightest during the month gone by and it’s up to you to decide the winner.
First in line is Dimitris Giannoulis. Our dependable left-back continued his impressive form in October, taking part in all three matches without missing a minute. Providing stability at the back, he was also influential in the final third of the pitch, contributing two assists.
Another player who we can’t avoid including is Josip Misic. The Croatian midfielder hardly featured last season, but after being given a chance by Abel Ferreira, Misic is showing what the team has been missing in the middle of the park. He has been excellent again in the role of organizer/playmaker, and he also scored against Lamia.
Finally, the third player is Dimitris Limnios. PAOK’s young winger was as productive as ever last month, scoring two goals, winning a penalty and generally being a constant threat for the team in attack while also helping out significantly in defense.
