PAOK TV is giving you the opportunity to watch both matches for €7.99 through the weekly subscription purchase option for our official channel. This subscription includes free and exclusive content with interviews and broadcasts for both matches.

To get the weekly subscription you need to click on the option “Subscription” from the top menu of the PAOK TV interface and purchase the package by following the steps to complete the subscription that will provide you with free and exclusive content that will be shown on the platform over the next few days.

Those who do not wish to buy the two-game weekly package and get the exclusive content can still pay to view each match individually via the Pay-per-view option, choosing to either reserve their place either for the match with Slovan Bratislava (Thursday 29.08, 20:00), or for only the Super League match against Panionios (Sunday 01.09, 19:00).

USEFUL DETAILS

Anyone who has already signed up for tv.paokfc.gr will need to press the “Sign In” button and enter their details to connect to the platform.

Then he/she can either choose a match individually and pay for it by clicking Pay-per-view, or by clicking the “Subscriptions” button on the top menu of the platform to buy the two-match package. Those who choose to buy the package will complete the payment and then simply have to click ‘WATCH NOW’ in each match to be able to watch it. For those who purchase each game individually, after the payment has been made, all you have to do is press «WATCH NOW» at the time the broadcast begins. PAOK TV does not send users any codes or anything else. Just sign in with your details and enjoy!

New users should do the following:

Enter tv.paokfc.gr and press the «WATCH NOW» button. On the next screen, click on “PAY PER VIEW”. You then choose a form of payment either by using PAYPAL or by using a card (credit, debit, prepaid) by clicking the “Pay with Bank” button.

When using PayPal, if you have an account, you simply need to login and pay. If you do not have an account, set one up and fll in all of your details. Then, click on the “Agree and Pay” button.

By clicking the “Pay with Bank” button, you are transferred to the secure environment of Piraeus Bank. Check that Piraeus Bank S.A [GR] appears to the left of the address bar and the URL begins with paycenter.piraeusbank.gr. Select Cards or Master pass (if you have the service enabled), fill in the required information and press the “PAYMENT” button

Owners of cafes, bars and other commercial establishments should note that each television screen should correspond to a separate PAOK TV account. You should have the same number of accounts as screens. If there are more than 10 accounts, you can call 2310954099 to guide you on how to make a bank deposit.

The payment methods are:

1. A) PayPal
2. B) Any credit, debit or prepaid card that is either Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.
3. C) A coupon from any PAOK FC Official Stores. Note, you can buy ONLY individual games at stores, NOT the subscription that includes both games.

It takes between 1 to 5 minutes for the payment to be processed via PayPal or from banks, depending on the bank and card used. So, if you wait and click “Refresh”, the video you paid for will be available.

At the same time, you can select “MY ACCOUNT” from the home page and choose “HISTORY” on the next page. There you will see the match you purchased in “COMPLETED” status.

If after several hours the status remains “PENDING”, please contact PAOK TV technical support at 2310954099 or via email at [email protected]. We recommend making your purchase as early as possible to avoid any problems during the broadcast.

If you have forgotten your password you simply have to click on the “Sign in” button, then select «Forgot your password?» and fill in the email with which you created the account. You will get a link in your email which you can click on and it will take you to the new password creation screen.

1. If you are trying to log in to PAOK TV, have entered your details but then receive a message stating «There is another active session with this account», follow these steps:

3. You will receive an email
4. Open the email and press the «Exit All Devices» button.

You will be automatically redirected to the start screen and will be logged into your account normally.

For Smart TVs – especially older models – there may be difficulties in loading the video after opening the tv.paokfc.gr page, this can happen due to low processor capacity or browser compatibility. Since many browsers from Smart TVs do not allow the use of pop-ups, try logging in directly to https://tv.paokfc.gr/login.

You can enter the match event early and allow it to load so you can watch it regularly. The suggested alternative is to connect your computer to your TV screen (via HDMI or VGA depending on the device). This solution works well for non-Smart TVs as well.

PAOK is already in the process of developing a special Smart TV application in order for the platform to work perfectly in that environment.

You might find an alternative stream that works, but to the detriment of our team, and which is poor quality. Such illegal streams could be live for a few minutes before going down thanks to our partner, Mediastalker, who are responsible for the fight against piracy. For the best viewing quality you should have a connection of at least 4 Mbps. It is advisable to remove other devices from your network so that they do not affect the quality of the broadcast, and also use an ethernet cable for your devices rather than WiFi. We recommend avoiding public WiFi and cafe/bar wireless networks because they are usually very crowded and you may have trouble with the viewing quality.
