The draw of Super League 2019-20 was held in an Athens hotel. PAOK FC were represented by Board of Directors member Dimokratis Papadopoulos.

The Greek double holders have been drawn to kick off the league at home against Panetolikos. The first derby of the season for the “Double-Headed Eagle” is scheduled on matchday 5, in the Olympic Stadium of Athens. They visit Olympiakos at “Karaiskakis” on matchday 12.
