Checking out talents in the training centres’ tournament
PAOK Academy consider the training centres’ project highly important. Coaches and scouts of the “Double-Headed Eagle” youth sections had the opportunity to monitor the progress of the kids in Nea Mesimvria grounds, during the “Panagiotis Katsouris” tournament held last weekend.
PAOK Academy coaches drew useful conclusions, as several children stood out. All PAOK FC training centres in Greece took part in the tournament: Alexandroupoli, Komotini-Xanthi, Kilkis, Kavala, Drama, Kozani, Katerini, Lamia, Corfu, Rhodes and Mikrasiatikos, a collaborating academy of PAOK based in Athens.
Each centre participated in the tournament with four teams of different age groups, kids born in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
