“Pantelis Kyriakidis” tournament
For Pantelis Kyriakidis and his family, time stood still on 24 May 2009. The young player of PAOK Academy was returning from a football tournament with his father, when the fatal car crash happened. Pantelis has been in a sleepless coma ever since. His father lost his life, the son is still fighting.
PAOK FC and their Youth and Development sections stand by Pantelis, organizing once again the “Pantelis Kyriakidis” tournament on 22 and 23 December at “Leontes” and “Champions” grounds.
The following collaborating academies of PAOK FC’s network participate in the tournament: PΑΟΚ Zografou, RIA Sport Preveza, Αeti PAOK Thessaloniki, PΑΟΚ Komotini, PΑΟΚ Orfanou, ΠΑΟΚ Sykia, PΑΟΚ Orestiada, PΑΟΚ Kavala, Οlympias Karousades Corfu. Matches will be held in three age groups: U10, U12 and U14.
Kyriakos Alexandridis is the tournament director.
