PAOK U17s sweep away Lamia
The U17 squad of the “Double-Headed Eagle” thrashed Lamia in Souroti on Sunday midday, despite adverse weather conditions. PAOK top the Super League standings with 19 points and next week they face Panetolikos in Agrinio.
PAOK rushed to the lead with a brace by Gortegiani, who was teed up by Konstantelias (25’) and Tsopouroglou (35’) respectively. Panagiotou collected Aventisian’s assist in the 50th minute and made it 3-0. Ten minutes later, Gortegiani completed his hat-trick, set up by Konstantelias. Tzolis took over the scoring baton in the 75th minute, assisted by Karakoutis. Grosdis added one in the 80th minute and, five minutes later, Pipiliaris sealed PAOK’s 7-0 victory, collecting an assist by Tzolis.
