Memory doesn’t fade away with time. On the contrary, it grows stronger. PAOK family honoured the six young people who met an untimely death in Tempi in 1999.
The only banners displayed on Sunday had the names of the six fans on them. The two teams laid wreaths and flowers in the monument and observed one-minute silence in honour of the victims before the Toumba faithful delivered the battle cry “Brothers, you are alive, you guide us…”
