PAOK at World Football Summit
The world football industry gathered for two days in Madrid to attend one of the sport’s top conventions, the World Football Summit. PAOK were among the guests.
The World Football Summit was declared open by Andrea Agnelli, chairman of Juventus and the European Club Association (ECA) and wrapped up with the appearance on stage by Ronaldo Nazário, the new chairman of Real Valladolid FC. The event boasted many important keynote speakers, such as La Liga president Javier Tebas, Juan Mata, Vítor Baía, Belgium national coach Roberto Martínez, AS Roma director of football Monchi and high-ranked managers of organizations and companies such as FIFA, UEFA, Facebook, Mediapro, Fox Sports, Microsoft and Sky Sports.

PAOK FC were represented in the World Football Summit by their New Media Director Panagiotis Aroniadis.
Marian Otamendi, director of the World Football Summit organizing team, spoke to paokfc.gr: «The summit managed to bring together more than 100 keynote speakers of the highest level, 60% non-Spanish – 48% of the attendees came from abroad. We boasted the participation of 160 football clubs from around the world, among them Greek Cup holders PAOK«.
