Obstacles, weights and football
The “Double-Headed Eagle” players worked on all aspects on Sunday morning in Horst, Netherlands.
After their usual warm-up, PAOK troops played possession games and then split into two groups. The first one worked with the coach on attacking and defensive tactics, while the second followed a gym program focusing on muscular strengthening through series of drills with obstacles, weights and resistance bands. The roles were inversed in the second part of training.
Léo Jabá complained of a tight quad, due to fatigue, and withdrew from training out of precaution. Yevhen Khacheridi strained his leg during the session and his situation will be evaluated within the day.
Charis Charisis trained normally, while Omar El Kaddouri remained in the gym and the pool, continuing his decompression program. Dorian Lévêque trained alone on the pitch and Thibault Moulin also did recovery work.
