PAOK day 2018: PAOK doesn’t celebrate, but keep on contributing
PAOK boast a proud existence of 92 years. In the last six years, instead of holding other celebratory events, they organize “PAOK day”, collecting food and supporting the soup kitchens organized by five Holy Metropolis of the Thessaloniki region.
“PAOK day 2018” will be held, as usual, outside Gate 1 of Toumba Stadium, on Saturday 5 May 2018, from 09:00 until kick off of the encounter between PAOK and Platanias.
This year’s event has a different motto from previous years. It can no longer be “PAOK IS CELEBRATING AND CONTRIBUTING”, as times and circumstances dictate differently.

It’s obvious that the theme of the event is referring to the blatant injustice suffered by our football section, deprived on an important title.
PAOK FC, in cooperation with PAOK BC, PAOK VB and under the auspices of the HOLY METROPOLIS of Thessaloniki, Νeapolis–Stavroupolis, Nea Krini–Kalamaria, Kassandria and Lagadas, spearhead the collection of foodstuffs for the soup kitchens organized by the afore-mentioned metropolis.
With our motto “PAOK doesn’t celebrate, but keep on contributing”, we call upon PAOK fans to participate in this action, contribute what they can to this noble cause.
We also call upon the professional world, the club’s sponsors, every company and enterprise to boost PAOK’s initiative and contribute.
Food will be collected outside of Gate 1, in Toumba Stadium, on Saturday 5 May 2018, from 09:00 until kick off of the encounter between PAOK and Platanias.
