The “Double-Headed Eagle” scored the opener in the 21st minute through Kedikoglou, on an assist by Konstantelias. Seven minutes later, Tasiouras doubled PAOK’s lead with a fine individual move. Chatzistravos and Kedikoglou made it 4-0 before the interval on assists by Konstantelias and Koulouris respectively.

In the second half, the visiting side reduced distances to 4-1, but one minute later, Kedikoglou and Konstantelias combined impeccably once more, the former completing his hat-trick of the day. The Agrinio outfit reacted immediately to make it 5-2.

In the 50th minute, Lazariotis collected Roumantsiev’s pass to score PAOK’s sixth goal. Panetolikos could only make it 6-3, which proved the final result.
