In the summer, he made a huge leap accepting to join PAOK. He knew he would face stiff competition, but he was ready for it. In the first months of the season, he had to content himself with only Greek Cup games.

In December, however, he snatched the opportunity handed by Răzvan Lucescu and proved himself. In 11 encounters for the “Double-Headed Eagle”, he has conceded just one goal and managed to keep his goal intact for 970 minutes, a streak cut short by his former PAS Giannina team-mate Pedro Conde.

In January, he had five clean sheets, produced some impressive saves and led his defence impeccably.

In the poll organized by paokfc.gr and PAOK FC Official App, Paschalakis collected a staggering 77,96% of the users’ vote, earning the 11888 MVP of January, his first individual accolade at PAOK.

For second place, Djalma Campos put on a hard fight and leapfrogged Léo Matos who completed the podium.
