Pelkas lands both accolades of matchday 14
PAOK recorded a convincing 4-0 league victory over Panathinaikos in Toumba Stadium and Dimitris Pelkas was the star of the evening with a brace crowning two impressive plays. The young player also aced the polls for the awards of matchday 14.
Dimitris Pelkas’s performance impressed all football lovers in Greece, as proved by the results of the polls organized by Nova, PSAP and Super League Souroti.
PAOK co-captain earned the MVP award of matchday 14 getting 44,32% of the vote, leaving behind him Panagiotis Kone of ΑΕΚ Athens and Karim Ansarifard of Οlympiacos.
In the Best Goal contest, Pelkas topped the poll with 33,64 for his first goal in the match and also featured in third place with 7,65% for his second goal. Panagiotis Kone remained second with 25,82%.
The young attacking midfielder of the “Double-Headed Eagle” will collect his accolades on Friday 15 December at 13:00, in Toumba Stadium.
